The State Pragati Portal (SPP), Govt. of Haryana is an institutional mechanism for expedited
resolution of bottlenecks in prestigious projects with cost upward ₹ 75 Crores. It
was set up as a special standing committee by Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana in
January 2022 and is headed by Chief Secretary Haryana.
The SPP portal is a web-based information Dashboard which will help
to monitor and
evaluate the implementation progress of infrastructure-based projects implemented
and coordinated by various departments and agencies in the state.
It will act as an online reporting tool for departments/implementing agencies
to
update their progress monthly to the standing committee for review. Thus, providing
real-time health of the project, delays if any, and actions taken on observations by
the Standing Committee and Chief Minister’s Office. SPP portal will be capable of
providing monthly status reports, capturing Minutes of Meetings, and department-wise
development.
